With deep roots in holistic healing and shadow reclamation, Foxx brings over a decade of experience as a certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, NLP Practitioner, and Women’s Holistic Counselor. Her work blends sacred tools with unapologetic truth-telling to help women return to their power, their bodies, and their inner knowing.

Her path was forged in the fire — through identity collapse, motherhood initiation without a rite of passage, and the silent grief of losing herself in survival mode. She didn’t just learn healing. She bled for it, screamed for it, and rebuilt herself from the bones out.

Foxx now guides others through that same portal of rebirth. Through private coaching, somatic sound sessions, women's circles, and her digital temple Mystic Vixen Academy, she calls women back to their thrones — not as martyrs, but as Queens reclaiming their voice, their pleasure, and their rage.
